Our team reviews your request to ensure it meets our return/exchange policy.Once approved, we'll notify you immediately.

Aramex Pickup from Your Address

No drop-offs needed.

Our courier partner Aramex will schedule a pickup from your address and collect the item directly from you.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed through your original payment provider. The timing depends on your bank or payment method.
